This tool allows each business unit to pre-set and validate fees that they are charged by each connected payment provider within our ecosystem.

This can be set in a few easy clicks by selecting the type of fee, charged amount, timeframe, and creating a fee template, which will incorporate all relevant fees by all payment providers we work with.

Reconciliation

Paytiko’s most advanced project up to date–a reconciliation tool; allows merchants to successfully reconcile raw data incoming from each payment provider, whether generated from an external back office or simply received in an Excel sheet.

The data is then mapped according to all relevant parameters and merchants are able to reconcile their payment flow with full transparency.

Payment Method Order

Through our dashboard, we allow our merchants to individually set the payment order of the payment methods shown to end clients.

This ability–to fully customize the payment page; helps create a unique experience for each merchant and their clients.

Full & Partial Refunds

Paytiko offers the ability to seamlessly execute complete and partial refunds through a singular system, without having to redirect to external processing pages.

With a segmented view, merchants can easily track, filter, and manage refunds by client, identification number, status, currencies, payment processors, and other parameters, via a completely customizable layout.

Pay Outs

Since we understand a merchants’ intrinsic need to process withdrawals and differentiate them from reimbursements, we have developed a distinct pay outs section within our ecosystem.

Here, merchants can conveniently implement withdrawals to any end-client or partner via all payment processors they are connected to, as well as view, trace, sift through, and control all outbound transactions.

Paytiko’s latest feature allows all merchants to assign a “favorite” payment provider and payment method per individual clients, as the preferred option.
